A grieving therapist begins to tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Despite his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes in people’s lives, including his own. The cast of “Shrinking” share their most memorable moments as their characters in Season 1 and reveal who impressed Harrison Ford the most. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel, and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford to join the show, Segel said that Goldstein initially wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and intended to cast people who looked like Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they should at least introduce him to Ford, thinking he would immediately decline, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had been approached about the project, sparking interest from other big-name actors. Eventually, Goldstein spoke to Ford and sold him the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was still elated.. First of all, I was already going to watch it when I saw that it starred Harrison Ford and Jason Segal, but then after reading all the positive reviews and watching the trailer, my excitement grew even more. Well, I just finished it and it not only lived up to my expectations, it exceeded them. I’m not saying it’s the best show of the year, but it’s an original, feel-good comedy that will make you laugh every episode. I would definitely recommend it, but give yourself enough time to watch it because you’ll want to binge it as soon as possible.
